Swachhata Pakhwada cycle rally flagged off By Joydeep Goswami

Dibrugarh: A Swachhata Pakhwada cycle rally, organized by NCC Group Dibrugarh, was flagged off by the officiating Group Commander, Dibrugarh Group NCC, Colonel Joydeep Goswami on Sunday morning. The aim of the rally is to spread awareness among the people about the importance of cleanliness. The rally held under the aegis of 10 Assam Battalion NCC, on reaching Jorhat, will hand over the baton to the NCC group, Jorhat and will return to Dibrugarh on September 18. The NCC Group, Jorhat will further launch similar rally to Guwahati. Twenty NCC cadets accompanied by 10 NCC staff are taking part in the rally. The cadets, who are from different colleges in Dibrugarh, are participating in the cycle rally with enthusiasm and zeal.
