‘Swachhta Hi Seva’ Cleanliness Drive Carried out by Biswanath Police

Biswanath Chariali: A cleanliness drive was carried out on Monday in the Biswanath Chariali town area by Biswanath district police administration as a part of the ongoing ‘Swachhta Hi Seva’ campaign. The programme commenced at the Police Point here. Deputy Commissioner of Biswanath district, Pabitra Ram Khaound, and Superintendent of Police Rakesh Roshan led the drive from the front by cleaning the streets with brooms in their hands. Biswanath Revenue Circle Officer Biswajit Saikia, Deputy Superintendent of Police (HQ) Mujjaffar Hussein, personnel of para-military forces, CRPF, SSB, NCC, students of local colleges and others also participated in the campaign.
