Tezpur University (TU) pays tribute to Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi on his 72nd death anniversary

TEZPUR: Tezpur University (TU) paid floral tribute to the first Chief Minister of Assam, Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi on his 72nd death anniversary. Bharat Ratna Gopinath Bordoloi was an eminent freedom fighter and served the people of Assam with sheer dedication and love. Tezpur University's Dean of Students' Welfare, Prof Dhanapati Deka, Registrar (i/c), Hridoy Saikia, Assistant Director (OL), Dr Kul Prasad Upadhyay and others paid floral tribute to the statue of Gopinath Bordoloi in front of the Administrative Building of Tezpur University.
