Theft in Boko food processing industry at Borpara

BOKO: Theft took place in a food processing industry named Rity Food Processing a few days ago at Borpara village in Boko. The incident came to light when the owner went to check the industry. Pranab Mahanta, the owner of the industry, said that he and his family live in Guwahati and no one was in the industry since the last few months. Most of the machine motors, some expensive instruments and documents were stolen from the industry. He said that he had filed a complaint in Boko Police station. Mahanta added that machinery worth around Rs 1 crore was stolen.
