Three Universities in Assam to enroll Higher Secondary students

Guwahati: Three Universities in Assam have been instructed to enroll Higher Secondary students owing to the Covid-19 crisis.

In a recent tweet, Assam education minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma announced that Bhattadev University at Pathsala, Rabindranath Tagore University at Hojai and Madhadev University at Narayanpur have been instructed to enroll HS students for the ongoing academic year.

It has been reported earlier that in view of the ongoing COVID-19 situation, admission process in all Assam Government colleges and universities for 2020-21 shall be held online. Additionally, all the Government colleges in Assam will not charge any fees from students for the coming academic year because of the crisis.
