Tinsukia district administration ordered a magisterial inquiry into the death of a youths

TINSUKIA: The Tinsukia district administration has ordered a magisterial inquiry to ascertain the cause of death of Sushankar Jyoti Moran, son of Lakheswar Moran, and UBC 44 Rajib Dangoria at Budlabheta Tea Estate, Philobari Road on 19.02.2020.

The District Magistrate, Tinsukia vide order number TMJ.4/2016/205 of 10.03.2020 appointed Monjit Borkakoti, ADM Tinsukia, as an inquiry officer. A public notice issued in this regard stated that the witness to the incident, all interested persons or general public having knowledge of the incident should get their respective statements recorded before the Inquiry Officer on or before 18.03.2020 during office hours at the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Tinsukia.
