Tools used for illegal coal mining seized in Hamren

Hamren: A team of forest officials seized some mining tools used for illegal coal mining at Klurdung Mala Terang village under Bakalia Range of Bakalia Police Station on Saturday. The Karbi Anglong Forest West Division DFO, Jaysing Bey, ACF Horinat Ronghang, Bakalia Range, Ranger Dividiadhar Syam, Central Range west division, and his team went to the spot and seized six excavators and eight 200-litre Syntax. KAAC CEM Tuliram Ronghang said that the coal mafia would be arrested by the police.
