Total number of COVID-19 positive cases reach 144 in Sarupathar

SARUPATHAR: As per report received on Friday morning by the Dhansiri subdivision civil administration, the total number of COVID-19 positive cases in Dhansiri subdivision stands at 144 and Sarupathar ward no. 3 has been declared as restricted zone. Moreover, 123 patients have been discharged after recovery in the past 2-3 days. The number of active cases is 21.

Meanwhile, Uriamghat Model Hospital and Barpathar College have been turned into COVID Care Centres and all asymptomatic positive patients can stay in the COVID Care Centres while the symptomatic positive patients will be referred to the civil hospital of Golaghat.
