Truck carrying illegal liquor seized by Chungajan Police in Sarupathar

SARUPATHAR: Acting on a tip-off about illegal liquor, Chungajan Police and the excise department of Sarupathar, with the help of AJYP Sarupathar regional unit, carried out a joint special operation along the Assam-Nagaland border in the Chungajan area. During the operation, a truck bearing registration number NL-01-K-4568, laden with illegal Arunachal liquor was seized on Tuesday. The driver of the truck and seized liquor were handed over to the department concerned for further action.
