Two books, music album released in Doomdooma

DOOMDOOMA: Two books and a music album comprising seven songs written and composed by eminent author, dramatist and cultural activist Joysuryya Bora and produced under the banner of LMB Creation, were released at a special programme organized by the author in collaboration with Doomdooma Sakha Xahitya Xabha (DSXX) and Abhinaba Natya Mancha at DSXX Bhaban recently.

The programme, chaired by president of Tinsukia Zila Xahitya Xabha, Arjun Baruah began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by veteran actor Ajoy Khataniar. The first book titled Natya Niloy on drama was inaugurated by noted theatre activist from Tinsukia, Manoranjan Sharma while the book Nisiddho Prantar Kabita, a collection of poems was released by poet and lyricist Pranati Baruah.

On the other hand, the music album was inaugurated by actor Saranga Nath (Sanju). The inaugural function was jointly anchored by Joysuryya Bora and the secretary, DSXX, Deben Deka and was attended by a good number of eminent persons.
