Two drug peddlers arrested in Dibrugarh

DIBRUGARH: Two drug peddlers were arrested in two different operation conducted by Dibrugarh police on Tuesday night. Police have recovered suspected heroin from their possession. The drug peddlers has been identified as Roshan Ali and Basir Kureshi. Roshan Ali was nabbed from Kachari Gaon, Dibrugarh with 21.60 grams of suspected heroin. Basir Kureshi was arrested from Nailiapool with 12 grams of suspected heroin along with a cash of Rs 5940. “We have recovered three tabacco containers and three small plastic containers filled with 12 grams of suspected heroin,” said a police official.
