JORHAT: Two youths were picked up by Jorhat Police for shouting slogans and showing black flag during the foundation stone-laying ceremony of the primary health centre at Cinnamora Tea Estate playground during Union Minister of State for Food Processing Industries Rameswar Teli’s speech on Monday.
