Veteran citizen of Golaghat Atul Sharma passes away

GOLAGHAT: Veteran citizen of Golaghat and a well known lawyer Atul Chandra Sharma passed away at his residence in Golaghat on Sunday. He was 90 years old. Sharma has born in the year 1931 at Da Dhora in Dergaon. He started his schooling at Dergaon and later completed his graduation from the Cotton College Guwahati and took his Law degree from the Gauhati University. Later, he returned to Golaghat and started his career as a lawyer in the Golaghat Court. He served as a faculty member at Golaghat Law College. Atul Chandra Sharma worked as president of Golaghat Bar Association. He was associated with several other social and cultural organizations also.
