Webinar on stress management organized by All India Marwari Mahila Samellan

GOLAGHAT: The All India Marwari Mahila Samellan, Golaghat branch recently organized a webinar on stress management. In the webinar, counsellor Namita Jallan helped the participants of the webinar by sorting out their stress through suggestions. Namita Jallan said that in the current coronavirus pandemic situation, everyone was going through a tough time and as such, speaking to others could be helpful.
