Women In Business Dibrugarh Chapter observes Women’s Day

Dibrugarh: Women In Business Dibrugarh Chapter (WIBDC), a group of few enterprising women of Dibrugarh under the stewardship of Tea Entrepreneur, Monali Hazarika celebrated the International Women’s Day at Monohari Devi Kanoi Girls College here with a promise to contribute hundred sanitary napkin packets for two years to those girls who are economically backward and travel far off places for their classes.

Women in business, Dibrugarh Chapter which set up on February 14 this year, in its first meeting, resolved a number of decision amongst which, the group vouched to work together for the further growth of their respective business and contribute substantially for the welfare of the society at large. The group members presented gifts made by their member, Priyanka Devi (Owner of Dev Creative world), Ruma Mandal (Founder of Ruma’s creativity and Rainbow Dream School of Art n craft) to the vice principal and other teachers of the college for their outstanding contribution towards formatting bold, strong and educated girls in the society and work for the cause of women empowerment.
