As part of the Good Governance Week, a workshop was held on 'Good Governance Practices' at the conference hall of Circuit House, Golaghat

GOLAGHAT: As part of the Good Governance Week, a workshop was held on 'Good Governance Practices' at the conference hall of Circuit House, Golaghat on Friday. It was organized by the district administration.
Siba Prasad Borah, retired Lecturer, HPB Girls' College, Golaghat graced the workshop as the chief guest. Various good governance practices such as process of transparency and accountability, people friendly governance, participation and issues related to expedite work flow were discussed in the workshop. Preparation of vision documents for Golaghat was also discussed in the meeting.
The workshop was attended by Dhiraj Das, CEO, Zila Parishad, Kuldip Hazarika, ADC, Dr Sangeeta Barthakur, ADC and all the head of departments of the district.
