Workshop on the use of ICT tools in classroom teaching held by Dikhowmukh College

A CORRESPONDENT

GAURISAGAR: Dikhowmukh College, Moglow, organized a six-day long Faculty Development Programme on use of ICT tools in classroom teaching. It concluded on Saturday.

The workshop was organized by the college IQAC in association with the Electronic and ICT Academy, IIT Guwahati, with financial assistance from the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India.

The workshop started with lighting of earthen lamp by Dr Ranjit Kumar Baruah, Associate Professor and Coordinator of IQAC of the college. Participating in the workshop as a resource person, Biplav Sarmah, technical officer of Electronic and ICT Academy, emphasized the significance of ICT. Debaraj Mahanta and Shantanu Sekhor Saikia took part in the workshop as resource persons. A total of 40 college teachers from various colleges under Dibrugarh University took part in the workshop.
