Youth found dead in the pond of his house in Barpeta

BARPETA: A youth named Tinkumoni Das (32) of Patbousi village, Barpeta was found dead in the pond of his house. Tinkumoni was missing since Monday evening after he came out of his house. He was later found dead in the pond of his house. Family members alleged that he was involved in a land dispute with his neighbours but the village head could not resolve the dispute. He had been threatened earlier, said his family members. Tinkumoni was an employee of DRDA. Police investigation is on.
