Silchar: Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) at its 2-day national meeting which was held in Gwalior in Madhya Prasad on August 6 and August 7, Apangshu Sekhar Shil has been selected as the organizing secretary of West Bengal. He has been performing the duties given to him. Apangshu Sekhar Shil has been wished well for his future endeavour.
