Army Recruitment Rally from December 3, Silchar

Silchar: Army recruitment rally will be held for eligible candidates of districts of Cachar, Karimganj, Hailakandi, and Dima Hasao from December 3 to December 8 at military station Masimpur. Online registration which is mandatory will remain open till November 17.

Admit cards for the rally will be sent through registered email from November 19 onwards which will continue up to November 24. Candidates preferably between the age group of 17 to 21 years can apply without any hassle. This information has been shared by Colonel Pramod Dahitule, director, recruiting, army recruiting office, Silchar, at a press meet held at the conference hall of the Deputy Commissioner of Cachar here on Wednesday.

“It is a complete hassle free and corruption free recruitment process of the Indian Army which we are going to organize from December 3, 2018. We are expecting a huge number of participants from this Valley. Already more than 5000 candidates have registered till now.

We are hopeful that more candidates will show their interest and join the Indian Army by going through the selection processes which include physical test and measurement at the rally site, medical examination, and written examination through the Common Entrance Examination (CEE). The written examination will be held on January 27, 2019”, the Colonel added. Cachar Deputy Commissioner Dr. S Lakshmanan said that necessary arrangements would be made for the candidates.
