District Development Committee meet held at Silchar

Silchar: Cachar Deputy Commissioner Laya Madduri interacted with officials of various departments during the meeting of District Development Committee meeting at her conference hall on Monday. In the meeting, Madduri quizzed the status of the schemes meant for public utility and also took note of the funds to be utilised.

The core issues discussed in the meeting include confirmation of minutes of the previous DDC meeting, submission of utilisation certificates, discussion on dredging and development of the playground belonging to Cachar Sporting Club, discussion on construction of Azad Hind Road Silchar, discussion on Construction of infrastructural development of Sundari Mohan Seva Bhawan a charitable hospital East West Corridor, discussion on CIDF, discussion on Tarapur Sib Bari of Silchar Kalain road etc.

also, the Deputy Commissioner reviewed the departmental schemes and looked into miscellaneous matters as well. Additional Deputy Commissioner Ranadeep Dam accompanied the Deputy Commissioner in the meeting, stated a press release.
