Eviction drive continues for third day

Silchar: Eviction drive continued in Silchar for the third day to free up the roadside space and footpath from illegal encroachment. The purpose of the drive is to reduce and minimize traffic congestion and accident in the town. The departments involved include Silchar Municipal Board, PWD and District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA), Cachar.
