Immediate detention of Mrinal Hazarika demanded by Bengali Organisation

Silchar: Amra Bengali has urged immediate detention of Mrinal Hazarika for his inflammatory and provocative remarks. He said that he would not allow adoption of the Citizenship (Amendment) Bill 2016 and that he would repeat or go through the 1983 massacre or resort to any means to stop passing of the Bill. In this regard, Amra Bengali has stated that it is an inflammatory and provoking statement and demanded his immediate arrest.

The organization has severely condemned the statement of Mrinal Hazarika and mentioned at a press-release that there are around 35 crore Bengalis in the world and uprooting them would be a daunting task. Bengalis have and will always prove their mettle. They have mentioned that such anti Bengali statements should not be encouraged at any cost. It is pertinent to mention here that the statement of Mrinal Hazarika has not gone well with any organization.
