Miscreants held by Police on Robbery charges in Karimganj, Arms Recovered

Karimganj: Based on secret information, Bihara Police on Thursday arrested two hardcore dacoits from Bhangarpar area.

Police had also recovered arms from their possession.

The two dacoits were identified as Mohibul Hoque (24) and Nazrul Islam (28).

As per a report, both the dacoits were involved in a dacoity case registered in the year 2017.

Police sources have informed that both of them were interrogated at Kathigora PS.

Reportedly, both of them are the residents of No 2 ward of Bihara area.

Speaking to media, Bihara Police Outpost, Incharge, AM Talukdar said, “Both of them were presented before the court. We have records of their previous activities where both of them were booked under robbing charges.”
