Short film competition by district administration regarding the ensuing election

Silchar: District administration of Cachar is taking steps to create more awareness regarding the ensuing election and also the right to exercise voting rights. In this regard, the administration has urged upon interested participants to make a short film on the themes ‘Women and Their Right to Vote’, ‘Young Voters: Their Power To Make Change’ and ‘Voting Awareness Among Tea Tribes’. The last date of submission of the films is April 4. The duration of the film should be of length from 1 minute to 3 minutes. Once completed, they can send the films to sveepcachar2019 @gmail.com. Winners will get exciting prizes along with certification from the Deputy Commissioner of Cachar.
