Special summary revision of electoral rolls published in Hailakandi district

Hailakandi: The final publication of electoral rolls in connection with the special summary revision has been published in Hailakandi district. Election Officer, Hailakandi, Rahul Doley informed that the special summary revision of electoral rolls with reference to January 1, 2019 as qualifying date has been completed in all the 656 polling stations falling under 6 Hailakandi, 7 Katlicherra and 8 Algapur LACs. The three LACs fall under 1 HP (SC) Karimganj Parliamentary Constituency. Doley further informed that the final photo electoral rolls has been published with gender ratio being 893 as on February 6, 2018. Altogether the district has 649 persons with disabilities (PwD) voters and 652 ‘D’ voters, Doley disclosed.
