3rd Inter Gaon Panchayat Football Tourney Concludes

DEMOW: The 3rd Inter Gaon Panchayat Football Tournament concluded today at Demow Raichai Rural Stadium.

Sarugua Gaon Panchayat beat Gohainpukhuri Gaon Panchayat 2-1 in the title clash to lift the title.

Attending here State Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal showed his delight for good conduction of this tournament. While addressing the gathering he said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given importance on Sports and had already taken a programme called Khalo India.

Sonowal cut the cake on the occasion of the birthday of Narendra Modi at the stadium.
