AGM of ACA held in Kaziranga

GUWAHATI: The Special AGM of the Assam Cricket Association was held in Kaziranga today. Both President and the Secretary of the association- Romen Dutta and Devajit Saikia respectively- along with other office bearers of the ACA and the members of the different Districts Association participated in the meet.

Several key subjects were discussed in the meeting which included the selection of coaches and support staffs for the state teams, infrastructure development works which is now currently going on across the state and others.

The meeting also discussed about the report of the verification committee regarding the enquiry on alleged financial anomalies by the previous committee. The Assam Cricket Association is likely to file an FIR against those persons of the previous committee who were involved with the anomalies.
