All Assam AAKF Kick Boxing, JSKA Open Karate meets begins in North Lakhimpur

NORTH LAKHIMPUR: The All Assam AAKF Kick-boxing Championship-2019, 5th All Assam Professional Title Belt Prize Money Kick-boxing Championship and 2nd All Assam JSKA Open Karate Championship began in North Lakhimpur from Thursday with four day long programme under the auspices of Lakhimpur District Kick-boxing Association, Lakhimpur District Japan Shotokan Karate Association.

The events are solemnized at Tyag Kshetra of North Lakhimpur town. As per agenda of the first day, as many as one thousand participants from 35 districts of Assam registered their name to participate in the event.

The matches of the Kick-boxing Championship will be inaugurated by P&RD Minister Naba Kumar Doley at 3pm on Friday while Karate Championship will be Inaugurated by MP Pradan Baruah. On the other hand, president of organizing committee Uday Sankar Hazaika will inaugurated the Professional Tittle Belt Prize Money Kick-Boxing Championship. The All India president of Kick-boxing Federation, Yogesh Kumar Sadh and chief coach Vijayendra Singh Rawat meanwhile arrived in Lakhimpur in order to participate in the extravaganza.
