Amlan Borgohain wins gold in 200m race at the Kurpfalz Gala 2023 athletics meet

GUWAHATI: Sprinter Amlan Borgohain won the men’s 200m race at the Kurpfalz Gala 2023 athletics meet held in Weinheim, Germany on Saturday. Amlan Borgohain won the gold medal with a season-best time of 20.66s through time trial. However the sprinter from Assam finished a disappointing 11th in the men’s 100m event with a time of 10.52s.
