GUWAHATI: Assam State Electricity Board Sports Club (ASEBSC) missed opportunities and had to a play goalless draw against Assam Police Blues in a GSA Super Division League match at Nehru stadium on Thursday. It was veteran Maneswar Musahary who failed to score from the spot in the 88th minute.
