Assam karatekas shine in Maharashtra

Biswanath Chariali, June 8: The Karatekas of Biswanath Karate Academy successfully participated in the recently concluded 18th All India Karate Championship held at Khandala, Maharashtra under the aegis of World Traditional Shotokan Karate Fedaration. The successful karatekas were Kalpajyoti Saikia (Gold in Kumite), Ritu Pritam Borah (Bronzes in Kumite and Kata), Krishnakshi Bhattacharya (Bronze in Kumite) and Ritu Pritam Borah and Angad Kashyap (Bronze in team Kata). The team was led by instructor Moon Sharma.
