Assam lose in semis at Junior Girls National Hockey Championship

GUWAHATI: A good run in the junior Girls National Hockey Championship came to an end for Assam at Kollam, Kerala today. The side lost the semi finals tie to Bhopal by 1-5. Assam, displayed good hockey in the early stage of the tournament, today looked out of form and Bhopal took full opportunity of it. In the third place decider Assam will now face Andhra Pradesh tomorrow.
