GUWAHATI: Assam Sports Association on Saturday felicitated sports journalist Kula Pradip Bhagawati to mark the beginning of National Sports-Cultural Festival and International Adventure Day which was held as a part of 107th birth anniversary celebration of Lauhapurush Premada Kanta Sarma. The function, held at the Gauhati Press club, was attended by the president of Boro Sahitya Sabha Taren Chandra Boro, former international sportsperson and social worker Kaliash Sarma, vice president of Assam Olympic Association Bishnuram Nunisha, chairman of Assam Silpi Sanmilani Bijan Lal Choudhury and others.
