Assam State Yoga Sports Tournament held in Nagaon

NAGAON, Sept 16: Axom Yoga Xangstha recently organized 21th Assam State Yoga Sports Tournament at Nagaon Police Reserve field. In a press release issued and signed by the secretary of Axom Yoga Xongstha, Prabhat Borah it was stated that the tournament was stated on September 7 and concluded on September 9.

The president of Asian Yoga Federation and Yoga Federation of India, Ashok Kumar Agarwala graced the tournament as the chief guest. In the tournament, Nagaon district won the the best district title and the 2nd best district title was gained by Sivssagar district. On the other hand, Pansi Bora, Manashjyoti Bora, Uditarani Bora and Bikashdeep Modoi stood as the best yoga practitioners in the entire tournament. In the release it was also stated that in the tournament various yoga related match were conducted in various age and sex groups.
