Assam to face Haryana in Ranji trophy tie from today

GUWAHATI: Assam will take on Haryana in their penultimate Ranji trophy tie from tomorrow. The match will be held in Delhi. Assam already bowed out from the competition. The side in their previous seven games won only one tie and lost three. The other three matches ended as a draw. The poor performance in the competition forced them to stay at the eighth place in the points table with 14 points from seven matches. On the other hand Haryana now at fourth place with 24 points from seven matches. Odisha(35), Jammu and Kashmir(33) and Services(26) are at the first three spots in the points table.
