Bud Cricket Club (A) lift 3rd T20 Challenge

GUWAHATI: Bud Cricket Club (A) lifted the 3rd T20 Challenge in memory of Jagat Chandra Das Cricket title defeating City Cricket Club by 8 wickets in the final held at Mangaldai today. Elected to bat City were bowled out 92 in 18.3 overs thanks to a nice spell from Pushparaj Sharma. Pushpa bowled a devastating spell with 5 wickets for 7 runs. In reply Bud Cricket Club (A) reached the target in 15.2 overs losing 2 wickets. Rishav Das remained not out on 46.

Individual award winners: Best fielder: Gaurav Sarma (Bud CC-A), Best wicket keeper: Subhrajit Sahoo (Bud CC-A), Best batsman: Rahul Hazarika (City Cricket club). Best Bowler: Sadeq Imran Choudhury (Bud CC-A), Most sixes of the tournament: Rahul Hazarika (City Cricket Club), Man of the match (Final): Pushparaj Sharma (Bud CC-A), Most sixes in the final: Dhiraj Goswami (City Cricket Club), Man of the tournament: Kaushak Giri (Bud CC-A).
