Cachar district win best team award in State Fencing Championship

GUWAHATI: Cachar district bagged the best team award in the State Fencing Championship which concluded at India Club in Silchar recently. Cachar altogether won 36 medals including 7 Gold, 10 Silver and 19 Bronze. Rajib Boro of Guwahati won the best boys fencer trophy (2 gold) and Supriya Borah (2 gold), also from Guwahati, collected the best girls fencer award.
