Chingsa FC Knock out Newton Fc in Independence Day Cup Tournament

BORDUMSA: Players on jersey no. 07 and 20 of Chingsa FC scored superb each today in the last few minutes of a tough battle and took the team forward defeating the team Newton FC on the fifth day of the knock out series of the Independence Day Cup tourney at Miao in Eastern Arunachal. Chingsa defeated the equally ambitious rival team Newton by 2-0.

In lieu of scoring goals despite being offensive from the very early, a player in jersey No 08 of the vanquished team earned yellow card parallelly with the winning team earning similar cards by jersey no 12.

A free kick in the D box -a golden opportunity for team Newton to overcome nil also turned disappointing subsequently losing the knocked out in the series. However, earlier on Sunday team RWD defeated team Tobin FC by 6-1.
