Each one of us must act with full responsibility: Hima Das

GUWAHATI: After the interaction with Prime Minister Narendra Modi via video conference Asian Games gold medalist Hima Das in her twitter account said: “Thanks Prime Minister for interacting with us on the current situation of COVID-19. I feel each one of us must act with full responsibility in this fight against COVID-19 so that it won’t spread further.”

Sports fraternity of India has already come forward and joined hand to fight against COVID-19. They are also providing financial aid towards national and State fund prepared to fight against COVID-19. The list included two athletes of Assam Hima Das and Lovlina Borgohain.

On the other hand different national Sports Federations and State Sports Associations also contributed nearly 71 lakh in PM Cares Fund. The list included Rs one lakh contribution from the Assam Olympic Association and Assam Hockey.
