Financial Aids To Taekwondo Players Rodali Barua And Dipika Hazarika

GUWAHATI: Director of the Sports and Youth Welfare today handed over financial aids of Rs 1 lakh seventy thousand each to two taekwondo players of the state Rodali Barua and Dipika Hazarika. Both the players would participate in the forthcoming World Taekwondo championship which is scheduled to be held in Manchester from May 15. Biswaranjan Samal, the Principal Secretary of Sports & Youth Welfare, along with other officials of the department were present in the function.
