Former umpire Jiban Chandra Dey passes away at Dibrugarh

GUWAHATI: Former umpire Jiban Chandra Dey passed away at Dibrugarh yesterday. He was 82 years old. Dey was in ACA's umpire panel since 1980 and served Assam Cricket Association for many years. Assam Cricket Association condoled the death of Dey.
