Gauhati Town Club to host 3rd edition of the Chess Grand Prix

GUWAHATI: The 3rd edition of the Gauhati Town Club (GTC) Chess Grand Prix will be held on Sunday at the club premises. Under this format a total of 12 tournaments will be held over a period of 12 months with one tournament being held on one Sunday of every month of the year. The tournament is open to all players and matches will be held in the age category of Under 9, Under 15 and Open category. The top 3 players in each age category of Under 6, 9, 11,13,15,19 and Open will be awarded Prizes and Certificates.
