Gokulam Kerala FC Win 11th Bodousa Cup Soccer Title

GUWAHATI: Gokulam Kerala FC lifted 11th Bodousa Cup Soccer title defeating Minerva FC Punjab via sudden death 6-5 at TDSA Playground, Tinsukia on Friday. The schedule time of the game ended 2-2 draw. Barboza and Girik Khosla scored for Punjab outfit in the scheduled time while Zola and Beautyan were the scorers for Gokulam Kerala FC.

Champion team pocketed Rs 2 lakh while the runners up team were richer by Rs 1 lakh. Pritam Ningkoujam of Sagalband United bagged the highest scorer and best player awards of the meet. Gakulam Kerala’s Satyajit Bordoloi collected the best goalkeeper award and Surajit Singh of Minerva Punjab adjudged the best player of the final trophy.
