Guwahati bag best team award at Karate Championship

GUWAHATI: Guwahati bagged best team title winning 77 medals- 20 gold, 18 Silver and 39 bronze- in the K. Ranjit Nongthang Memorial All Assam Seikokai Karate Championship which concluded at Bhogeswari Phukanani Indoor Stadium in the city yesterday.

Titabar District took second best team award with 11 gold, 4 Silver and 4 bronze. Tinsukia District finished third with 29 medals.
