Guwahati City To Host Mr Saraighat Body Building On April 2

GUWAHATI: The 33rd Mr Saraighat R.G. Baruah Memorial All India Classic Body Building Championship will be held at the Tarun Ram Phukan Indoor Stadium on April 2. Top level International and National level body builders will participate in the Championship.

There will be only one category in the meet which carries total cash award of Rs 5,85,000. Mr Saraighat title winner will receive Rs 1,50,000, while prize amount for first and second runners up are Rs 1,00,000, and 80,000. Cash award will be given to the top ten participants of the meet.

Meanwhile 4th Mr Saraighat Assam Body Building Championship will also held simultaneously during the Mr Saraighat. This time Mr Assam will receive Rs 30,000.

The organizer of the meets- Saraighat Gym under the aegis of Assam Body Builders & Fitness Association- will also introduce Miss Saraighat Women's Sports Model Physique Championship for women and give cash awards up to 5th place winners. The winner will collect a purse of Rs Rs 30,000. Second and third place winner will be richer by 20,000 and Rs 10,000.
