Guwahati to host two ITF meets

GUWAHATI: The All Assam Tennis Association(AATA) will organize two international tennis tournaments in November. The International Tennis Federation has approved both the tournaments to be held at Guwahati. The first one will be ITF Seniors from November 8-12 and the second meet will be ITF Juniors from November15-20. The events to be played in the ITF Seniors are Men +35,+45 and +55 and Women +35. The tournament will have both singles and doubles categories and it carries a total prize money of Rs 3,0,4000. The ITF Juniors will be held for Boys and Girls U-18 years of age group.
