Guwahati win by 51 runs in U-19 Inter District Cricket

 GUWAHATI: Guwahati defeated Secretary XI by 51 runs in the JK Barooah U-19 Inter District Cricket held at Rangiya today. Elected to bat, Guwahati scored 143 in 43.3 overs. While Aditya Roy Choudhury (49, 4X3, 6X1) and Ronit Akhtar (35,4X2, 6X2) were the major contributors for Guwahati, Prangan Pratim Das and Mohit Thakur picked up two wickets each. Secretary XI were bowled out 112 in 44.5 overs. Aman Yadav (49, 4X5) was the top scorer for Secretary XI. Ayushman Malakar bagged 3-26. In the next game on September 6 Guwahati will face NFRSA.
