Indian Senior Football Team to Train in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: Indian Senior football team will return Guwahati once again but this time for different reason. Sunil Chhetri and his team will be in Guwahati during the first week of October to attend the preparatory camp for their next 2022 World cup Qualifying round match against Bangladesh.
A source from the All India Football Federation said that the team will assemble in Guwahati on October two and will start their Indian Senior Football Team training from next day. The team will leave for Kolkata on October 12 to play their third match which will be held on October 15. India already played two games in the competition. In the first game, held in Guwahati, they lost to Oman by 1-2 and later they hold formidable Qatar 0-0 in an away tie.
