JK Barua U-19 Cricket championship begins today

GUWAHATI: JK Barua U-19 Cricket championship will kick off tomorrow in six different venues. Altogether 39 districts will take part in this limited over competition (50 overs) which will be held in knockout basis. The six venues which will host group stage games are Goalpara, Silchar, Morigaon, Dhemaji, Bongaigaon and Tinsukia. Guwahati will start its campaign on February 21 against Rangia. NFRSA and Goalpara are the other two teams in the group and they will face each other tomorrow. The winner of both the games will meet each other on February 23.
